Is there a way one resource can access tasks assigned to another resource in Mobile Field Service?

Hi,

I am looking for ways to allow technicians to access tasks assigned to another resource, such as when technicians are on vacation. Our tasks are assigned to individual technicians and not to groups. We want to find the options that provides the least disruptive way to have the tasks picked up by an alternate resource.

We have technicians who are assigned to individual territories. When one technician goes on vacation we would like another resource to pick up the tasks assigned to the technician who is on vacation.  Is this possible?
