Export personalization including personalized views not working correctly

Hello experts,

We have a personalization on /oracle/apps/csf/portal/dashboard/webui/CsfDashBoardPG, that includes personalization to "Seeded User Views".  When I export the personalization using Functional Administrator responsibility, I only get the display properties etc. in the .xml file and no details about the view.  How do I export the view that we have created (Image below).  We use the exported .xml to promote personalizations from dev to test instance and so on.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
