We seem to be having the issue in Doc ID 2260208.1 but in R12.1.

Hi, we appear to be having the same issue as addressed in Doc ID 2260208.1, but we are using R12.1.3, not R12.2.

I have downloaded one of the mentioned patches because there was a 12.1.3 version available for the patch, but the version of AFSCJAV8.pls was even older than what we have.  Can you please advise?  Thank you, Gail
