Question Related to Picking

Hi WMS experts,

Currently we are using Advanced Warehousing for one of our Branches.

The warehouse is segregated into Aisle,Column, Level.

And we have some items which can be picked/Putaway in the Cartons/Pallets. But we came across a problem which is: if there is a loose carton we do not want that to be putaway to any level apart from Ground Level(000). Similarly we do not have any equipment to pick a loose carton from levels above ground level(000).

Is there any way we can go around this problem using JDE configurations? Please let me know.
