JD Edwards requirement for cloud

Hello,

Nowadays the focus is toward Cloud. We are using JD Edwards application release 9.0 and tools release 9.1.5, so if we think about using cloud in the future what is requirement we should have, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of Clouding for JD Edwards specially and in general.
