Unable to View Leases

I have taken Property Manager Standard SubMenu PN_MAIN_LEASE_SUBMENU to view Leases and Lease History only and created and attached Custom Menu XX_M1 to Custom Responsibility XX_R1.

Note: This Submenu gives access only to "Enter Leases and Documents" form and "View Lease History" Form

1. When I go this responsibility and access the forms in the Submenu PN_MAIN_LEASE_SUBMENU, I am able to open the "Enter Leases and Documents" form, however unable to view the leases. Eg: 6285

2. When I go the standard responsibility, and access the same forms in the Submenu PN_MAIN_LEASE_SUBMENU,
