Is it Possible to Ship Parts to Customer from a Depot Repair (Repair Type of Task) Parts Requirement

If I go through the steps of completing a parts requirement / request within a Service Request I can select a Ship_To and send the parts directly to the customer. However, when I  try and do the same though Depot Repair (by going to he debrief and then navigating to the Parts Request the customer's address cannot be found, the LoV is empty. Does anybody know why this is so? I have loaded all the patches for the HTML Parts Requirement issues so now I'm wondering if there is any setup required to enable this in Spares Management or Depot
