Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Blank page while opening Siebel with SSO

Hi

We have Siebel IP2016 Enviroment and we want to setup SSO with IBM Security Access Manager.

We have made all setting by Siebel SSO instructions but we still get blank page while opening Siebel with SSO.

In browser console we see error on trying to get xhr "http://172.16.236.60:7777/fins_rus_sso/start.swe?SWECmd=GetCachedFrame&SWEACn=720191082&SWEC=18&SWEFrame=top._swe&SRN=".

Any ideas how to fix it?
