Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. BI Publisher "blank popup" while pressing "View" button on heavy reports

Hi

We have Bi Publisher Standalone 10.1.3.4.

Recently we changed access to HTTPS and noticed that sometimes users get new "blank popup" while pressing "View" button on heavy reports.

Sometimes on 1st press, sometimes on 10+.

I have noticed "[EXCEPTION] com.evermind.server.http.HttpIOException: Broken pipe" error in logs but I am not sure about it.

Any ideas how to fix it?
