How to freeze and display DFF in Work Order

Hi,

We are doing some custom extension for EAM work orders (Maintenance Quotation). In order to achieve this, we need to store and display the reference number & name in work order DFF's. So that user's can view the information but cannot modify or insert in work order DFF. This DFF information will be used for billing and reporting purpose.

And also, Is there any  way to capture more DFF fields in work order ? Currently it is allowing only 15 attributes. As per our requirement, we need to capture around 18 fields in work order DFF level.
