Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

I want to print receipt in A4 sheet by using the HP-DeskJet Ink Advantage 3785 printer in Pos .

Can anyone suggest what could be a logical-name(jpos.xml) entry in hardwareconfig.xml for this Hp generic-Printer.
