Impact of Profile option changes in setup

Hi All.

We are on R12.2

Just want to know about that if I enable this profile with updatable on Responsiility level, what will be impact? I want this because there are multiple categories exist with multiple OU so I can't set it only on Site Level. I just want to confirm if any other things will be reflect except depot repair module.

Need your inputs urgently!!!
