Note 2217825.1 and Deployment

Hello gurus,

Can you help me with this?

I have managed to follow Note 2217825.1 to enhance the user experience in APXINWKB

So our AP set up is broadly based around 4 responsibilities

AP Input (has update access in AP Workbench)

AP Payment (r/o in AP Workbench)

AP Manager (r/o in AP Workbench)

AP Enquiry (r/o in AP Workbench)

I can develop the functionality associated with 2217825.1 for the AP Input Responsibility

But not the other 3

I can't get the drop down for "Check the Bank and Branch of Payment Schedule" menu option to display when the responsibility is read only.
