Blocked Task For a User Still Appears in User's Favorites Task View. How Do I Remove It Completely?

After adjusting securities on a user as administrator, the programs deleted do not appear on the menu (as it should be) but they still appear if we save the folder (where the programs were before) in the favourite's task view.

I look forward for you to help me with this little problem.
