FRM-41051: You cannot create records here. When trying to drilldown from GL Journal

Hi there,

When trying to drilldown from GL to View Transactions  get ==> FRM-41051: You cannot create records here.

Navigation path==> GL responsibility>Inquiry==> Source: Purchasing, Category: Requisitions, Period: SEP-2017.

Find the Batch to be reviewed. Click on "Review Journal"  button--> put cursor on the Line to be drilled-down.  Click on "Line Drilldown.." button.-> Opens up" View Journal Entry Lines" -> click on "View Transaction" button==> Requisitions Headers Summary form opens up with an error message box, saying:  FRM-41051: You cannot create records here.

When tried other Journal Batches or lines from the same Journal Batch=> able to View Transactions with NO ISSUE!
