creating 12.2 database with compatibilty 12.1.0.2

hello guru's,

I tried DBCA and also silent install of 12.2  by changing compatiblity parameter to 12.1.0.2   to create 12.2 database compatibility 12.1  but it failed.  so is there anyother to directly create or only way is to create 12.1 db and upgrade it to 12.2
