Unable to have console access for acme packet 4500 after upgrade from SCX 6.4 to SCZ 7.3

Hello Dear All,

We perform a software upgrade on our SBC 4500 from software 6.4 to 7.3 and after the last reboot we did'nt have remote access (SSH) or console access.

We urgently need the best way to get console acces for choose old software 6.4 version.

What is appropriate cable we need for fix this ? We use Cisco console cable and many standard USB -to-Serial adaptor unsuccessfully ( we don't have Acme Packet console cable).

Because in this situation only console mode could be give us ability to have  ACLI access and permit Bootparam setting for roll back.

After many attempts for having console acces we fail. Please need your help on this issue with the best way to get this acces. Thanks.
