How to migrate AME rules from one instance to another instance

We want to migrate AME Setups From One Instance To Another.

We have created custom Conditions, Approval Groups (Both Dynamic & Static), and Rules.

I have executed the ltd conditions as per the  document (How To Migrate AME Setups From One Instance To Another (Doc ID 1168883.1)

Unfortunately i am able to get custom conditions using "amesconk.lct" command when i try to download the conditions. But for approval groups and Rules I am not able to download. the commands are working fine but i not getting any conditions.

Is there any other commands do i have to run in order to get the
