How to determine/ configure ASM disk groups for 12.2 EE

We now have 16GB fiber channel IO to an EMC all-flash VMAX array.  Past considerations of the limitations of spinning disks no longer apply.

Given that we have EMC flash array, what is the recommended LUN allocation when using ASM on Oracle database 12CR2? 

We know that 3 disk groups are needed:  Data, Reco, Backup.  But how do we determine the correct number and size of the LUNs in the disk groups?
