In the Oracle Supplier Network, need failed orders to stop retrying

We currently have cXML PO's flowing to suppliers via the OSuN.  Occasionally we have an order fail due to a XHUB-261 error.  The system keeps attempting to send the order for up to 72 hours.  Is there a way to cancel this so that it will no longer continue to attempt sending to the supplier?
