Material Usage Variance

Any suggestions of how to track down MUV? I'm trying to write a query for the manufacturing accountants but am not having any luck. Any tips or tricks?

I have MUV hitting a certain account. But when I track back to the WO, the qty on the BOM matches the parts list which matches the qty shipped.

Costs have been frozen since the beginning of the year.

Any suggestions?
