No record inserted into CST_REVENUE_RECOGNITION_LINES table for ship only though sales order line cl

Hello Everyone,

Issue:No record inserted into CST_REVENUE_RECOGNITION_LINES table for ship only though sales order line closed.

We have setup to recognize the cogs after the line close sure for ship only lines(no revenue for this line).I know that Workflow Background Process inserts the records in

CST_REVENUE_RECOGNITION_LINES table but this is not happened for 6 sales order lines in our production system.Can any one help me to diagnose the issue and find out root cause analysis.
