Transaction processing for the selected job has failed.

Hi All.

I have simple question.

We are on R12.2.

In below screen you can see the job status in technician portal 1 is complete. 2nd is released however operation gets completed.

Reason.

I had created 1 job earlier and issue spare part and forgot to mentioned the resource.

I had created 2nd Job and put the resource only. Now Once I tried to complete job I am receiving error

Because the item was already issue to the 1st Job. Now in this case what can be done?
