SBL-OMS-00203 for Workflow Process Batch Manager job

Hello experts,

We had one Workflow Process Batch Manager Job running on one server. We cancelled the job and recreated it but getting the below error.

SBL-OMS-00203: Error (null) invoking method "(null)" for Business Service "(null)".

However, when we left the Requested Server parameter black for the new job it started working again. No component found to be in shutdown state on the previous server. Does this mean that that particular server had no task available at that moment?
