First Package build on 9.2.1.4

I am having an issue with my first package build after a new installation of 9.2

i have applies the following ESU's successfully 

when i try to build a Client side only package i get the following Errors. bases on the erros below it looks like i am missing a few Data Structures? D9603C, D9603B, D9603B

I am unsure how there are missing. ad this is all base code. ( i attempted to build the BSFN localy on the Deployment server and the do build successfully.
