Documentation for using Tree Setup for Requisition Catalogs?

Hi,

For 9.1 or 9.2, does anyone have any documentation (besides Peoplebooks) on setting up a purchasing catalog using Tree Manager? 

We are having a few issues with levels, so was hoping that there is a more standardized document we could review?  We have a few levels but only want the lowest level sub-category showing for users when they select a category on a req, not all of the levels (families, categories and subcategories).
