Report Manager could not retrieve templates with data during Financial Report submission

Dear all,

Using Report manager in Release 12.2.6, i was able to create and upload the template using the Financial Report Template Editor. I had an issue during submission of the report using Financial Report Submission. It could not generate the data in the system. Below attached document shows the output of the excel downloaded after submission. Thank you
