When a Subscription Contract is created from OM, how is the Billing > Transaction Type determined?

We would like to have a particular Transaction Type value in the contract (the one that was attached to the OM order type), so that the remaining billings use this same transaction type as the first invoice that was generated via OM to AR interface.
