Peoplesoft Mobile Inventory field truncates scanned value

Mobile Inventory truncates Par Location (INV_CART_ID) values from 10 chars when they are scanned into the Par Count Ad Hoc search screen.

Using transaction page 'Par Count Ad Hoc' to begin a Par Count.  User enters a valid Inventory Business Unit, manually, and the "Location" (INV_CART_ID) by scanning a barcode.  The string represented by the barcode is up to 15-chars as the Peoplesoft field length allows.  When the scan is complete, the field is populated with only the first 10 characters.  The 15-char string can be manually keyed-in or looked up using a magnifying glass and selected without issue.  I also tested the barcode by scanning into an Item ID field (18-char limit) and the entire string was captured, ruling out
