Who has the following problem "Smartview divides initial data entry by 1000"

We have had this issue since upgrading from 11.1.1.2 to HFM 11.1.2.4 a couple of months ago we are now on PSU 204 and Smartview 11.1.2.5.,700.  Oracle has officially recognised this as a bug and we have been able to replicate this on Oracle's support environment with the Sample application.

The issue is as follows.  If you have defined scaling of currencies in the metadata which we have set to thousands, then in Smartview when entering on a POV combination that does not have data (#Missing) then the initial submission is divided by the scaling.  With a second submission the system recognises that a scaling should be applied and will not divide by 1000.  If you do the same submission in a HFM web data grid or WDEF then this problem does not occur.   We have set formatting in Smartview Options to default.
