CS 9.0 Patch 23297311: 2018 - 2019 AID YEAR UPDATES FOR INAS INSTITUTIONAL METHODOLOGY (IM) is now available for download on My Oracle Support

Although the title indicates the patch is for 2018-2019 INAS Institutional Methodology (IM) it does contain the updates for 2018-2019 Federal Methodology (FM), 2018-2019 ISIR and 2018-2019 Verification along with some related fixes...
