P41202 Qty on SO/WO Commit and On WO fields that has some values are not refreshed

Hello,

some of the Commit fields in P41202 does not gets changed and that number stays ... couple of questions ..

(1) how can these quantities get refreshed based on current ... is that some SO's and WO's did not complete the commitment process successfully ?   How can i find which SO and WO quantities not committed proper?

(2) can you suggest a document that explains P41202 in detail and how it works?

(3) Is there a process to clear uncommitted quantities due to system or general processes that happened during transaction.
