Oracle web center portal integration with EBS R12.1.3

Hello,

Want to check if oracle webcenter portal can be integrated with ebs R12.1.3. Reviewing below link seems it is certified with R12.1.3

but our database version and operating system versions are Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit  and Linux 2.6.18-194.11.4.el5. Also we are in old technology  version using oC4J.

So want to check if   oracle web center portal can be integrated with our current database version and technology components.

Any insight  on the above is really appreciated.
