API to update Segment10 in PER_JOB_DEFINITIONS

We have enabled a new segment to the Job KFF called Job Code.  The concatenation of this new field shows correctly in the job name.  That is a good thing.  :-)  See below.

I am wondering though if there is a way to mass load the job codes into segment10 field of PER_JOB_DEFINITIONS.  Is there a public callable API that can support this?
