item disappears from debrief after completing

Hi All,

Earlier we were facing debrief error as 'API Errors (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): &TEXT', but after activating 'billto'/'ship to' address, it resolved now and debrief comples successfully.

But, after completing, item (with other data) entered in it got disappear from debrief form. However, it is showing in csf_debrief_lines for that particular debrief number.

Why it is not showing in form page? Please reply accordingly.
