Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. RMAN Script not exist in job type list

hello,

I am using OEM CC 13c.

i decided to create "RMAN Script" job. i login with SYSMAN . when i going to

ENTERPRISE -> JOB ACTIVITY -> CREATE JOB

the "RMAN Script" not exist in job type list !?

BUT when i login with a normal user( not super administrator) "RMAN script" is exist !?

why it's happened? and how resolve this?
