Incorrect EBS services status in EM after applying blackout

edited Oct 13, 2017 5:00AM in Managing Applications using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello everybody!

I have a daily updated  EBS clon. WF Mailer is disabled during cloning procedure by developers request.

In EM i see WF Mailer status Down and also status Down for Application Service, Workflow Infrastructure and Workflow Service targets

which are dependent on WF Mailer status and WF mailer marked as Key component. But it is not correct, because all other WF services

are up and running. If i set up a blackout on WF Mailer dependent service targets changes statuses to Pending, which is also incorrect.

Does anybody know how to change depended service targets to exclude WF Mailer from Key components and make statuses displays correctly?
