Options to upload Data files to sim

Hi all,

I'm working on SIM to Fusion Integration. Can any one guide me, what are the data files upload options are available in SIM (I'm not using RIB here, I'm using Talend for the integration b/w Fusion & SIM), from Fusion i'm able to get the data & push it to staging Table but need to deploy to SIM Base tables.

Please suggest me all the possible ways to do the same.
