Subinventory Transfer transactions - Only transfer out is costed - How to enable costing for transfe

Only one leg of the subinventory transfer transaction is being costed: ie Transfer Out.

Transfer In is not being costed. Distributions are not generated

Although overall they have no accounting impact as they are within same inventory valuation account, but for the purpose of reporting we require costing of of both legs of the transaction

Is it possible to enable them?
