V batch not picked up by R09801 scheduler version

We had a couple of V batches that were not picked up by the scheduled post program.  Please note that we are using a scheduler called Halcyon not the standard JDE scheduler.  I left them for a second day to see if it was timing but they were not picked up the next day either.

Any thoughts?  No errors that I can see.

We needed to manually post today and that worked fine.
