E1Local Database Errors

Hello everyone,

Have a Question on installing the E1Local Database that I may have missed the answer in my research. I have been trying to install the database on a clean server and I get the Command failed with error 1 message.  Now the crazy thing is, that I can logon as a different user that is in the same admin group as me and follow the same exact steps to install, and it installs under his id.  I know this has to be an id issue because I have had to do it on five different servers.  Now although we
