2 Legal Entities, 2 Ledgers and the same COA

Hello, We have the following scenario: We have 2 different legal entities and 2 different ledgers. Both Ledgers will have the same CoA, Currency, Accounting Calendar and Accounting Methods.

These LE are not going to interact with each other, so after evaluating all the posibilites we think that the Intercomapany feature is not applicable to our case, plus the CoA of our Client which has 5 segments is related to 6 External Systems, so the change of the CoA and add a new segment for Intercomapny has a big Imapct in this case.
