This is the post where the most recent files you'll need for the BY19 Monthly Business Case Updates.  I'll make sure to document changes as updated files are posted.

11/2 - Updated xsl to fix an issue with agile activities in a project rebaseline.

11/22 - Updated Final_Monthly_Output.xsl file to fix an issue with deactivating Performance Metrics

11/24 - Updated OMBMonthly.xml file to include Projected Start Date for agile activities
