Is there a procedure/best practices for obsolescence of old PDBA's that we no longer use?

Is there a procedure/best practices for obsolescence of old PDBA's that we no longer use?  I found the document on how to set up PDBA's but wasn't able to find any thing with how to archive/obsolete ones no longer used.
