ORA-20110: User lacks required "SQLT_USER_ROLE" role or SQLT is not properly installed.

Hi,

Ct. is getting below mentioned error message. We tried by re-installing the SQLT several times by changing the password to more than 8 characters.

But still getting same error message :

Please help :

ORA-20110: User lacks required "SQLT_USER_ROLE" role or SQLT is not properly installed.
Review installation NN_*.log files.
ORA-06512: at line 6
