Requirement to add an attachment in Notification, when requested for More information

Hi,

We have a requirement to add attachment to notifications when the user clicks on the "More information" button.

for example: When approver receives a journal for approval and requests for additional information, the user would attach a document in notification and   send to approver. The approver receives the notification back but not the attachment. We want the notification to carry the attachment.

Any ideas?
