Issue with late interest during termination quote

We have created the termination quote of contract Collection Status of contract is Delinquent. The last due is 5 Oct 17.

We quoted 4 effective date (29 Sep 17, 1 Oct 17, 4 Oct 17 and 5 Oct 17).

I have some issues on this case.

1. All of 4 quotes don’t calculate and show the General fee (Late Interest). They show only “Billed but not paid- Late Interest”. So, it made same amount between effective date 29 Sep 17 and 1 Oct 17. 

2. I understand that system will not calculate if the contract is expired. This contract will be expired on 5 Oct 17. So, if I choose effective date on 4 Oct 17 or 5 Oct 17, system should calculate the termination quote. But system show zero (“0”) amount on effective date 1 Oct 17 and 5 Oct 17.
