undo tablespace expired block overwritten....

I have one doubt in undo tablespace expired block overwritten.

Example: undo tablespace size is 10GB. The active block size 2GB, the unexpired block size is 2GB and expired block size is 2GB. used undo tablespace size is total 6GB and free space is 4GB. now 1 GB of active block come into tablespace, here this  1GB of active block overwritten the expired block or occupying 4GB of free space?
