UDA Attribute issue in 12.2.6

Team - I am creating attribute group and template as per the steps specified in the Implementation guide but as soon as I create the group the contract header page is crashing and when I end date that group it is back to normal. Can someone help without creating an SR. This is somewhat URGENT for us to resolve.
