Run time stats via EAS do not track (always zero)

Hi, I opened an SR with Oracle Support, and they told me the referenced bug below is expected behavior.  And development has no intention in correcting this behavior.  I put down below some concerns raised by our Application Consultant.

I see this bug being referenced in the 11.1.2.4.000 Essbase readme below.  But I am unable to find the patch it is resolved in?
 

19461502 -- Some application and database statistics may not be
accurate when parallel data load, parallel calculation, or parallel
restructuring are in use. In particular, diagnostic statistics (such as
average clustering ratio, cache hit ratios, and data block density
